Francesca Ritchie- Leather Sheaths and the Grand Tetons
Francesa Ritchie has become one of the best sheath makers in the world. In addition to sheaths Francesca and her husband Zach have quickly grown their company into a highly successful leather goods business.
Her career started as a young girl under the eye of her Master Bladesmith father... She quickly grew out from under her fathers shadow and now cast a huge shadow of her own in the leather world. Francesca's ability to manipulate and die leather to get whatever look she wants is incredible.
What's more incredible is the young age at which she has accomplished her goals. Francesca is a wonderful role model for young people and especially young women. As a women in a largely mans world she has staked her claim to her territory and gained the respect of the entire industry.
